New owner, old hi-lo
Hello everyone! My name is Dominick and I am the new owner of JTHIEL's 84 Funchaser. I bought it as a starter, my family is new to camping(I am not). I grew up camping and have fond memories of my summers, not so much the popups they were spent in lol. This hi-lo is a little cozy for us, but if the family likes I can upgrade in a couple years. Hopefully I can learn as much here as some of my other hobby forums, and once again hello!

Welcome to the Forum. I hope you enjoy your "new" Hi-Lo. Stay tuned to the Forum, there is a lot of information and a lot of experienced Hi-Lo owners here. Check out all the categories, especially the reference library. Don't be afraid to ask questions because that is the way to get lots of responses.
Enjoy!
Rich

Hate when that happens, I had the same problem with an 24' Ryder box van and my Gixxer, Riding a Concours now.

Welcome
Happy to hear you bought a Hi-Lo, Dominic. Welcome to the forum. You will learn much about a travel trailer's electical, heat, and water systems that will always come in handy should you, one day, decide to purchase a bigger unit for your family. I've had my Hi-Lo a little over one year and have spent about 75 nights in it. I had a lot to learn, butrealized if I did not panic, I would eventually figure out what had me confused. Also, there was always omeone great nearby to help.

New owner of HiLo
When we had extra guests with us we brought along a tent..It is good to have a used HiLo to learn on and that way your mistakes doen't seem so bad. Still learning after owning the Hi Lo for 12 years.

Towability
Hello,
New to forum, had a 24' HiLo a few years ago, now looking at a 31ft, but not sure that a 2004 Chevy Silverado extended cab, 5.3 litre vortec will haul it.
Does anyone know the tongue wt, and the GW? Any Help would be appreciated...
