Default Rail replacement

I have a 1997 towlight that needs a bit it work. About 3/4th of the walls has water damage. The front and driver side are nearly complete and everything is in good working order. Although as I started working near the rear door removing rotted wood the frame rail on the passenger side started bending and the corner dropped a few inches. I'm obviously going to have to release the pulley cables and fix that frame rail, but I'm not sure how to release all tension on the pulleys. Do I have to remove the top completely or can I find a way to stabilize all four sides? If anyone has suggestions please let me know.

Welcome to the forum. Do a search for cable and seal replacement and you'll see how to raise the top.
