Default 1998 30 ft hilo

Hi I just bought this 1998 hi/lo it has a lot of water damage to it I'm going to need to repare 3 of the 4 sides Is it better to repair it when is in the down position or up

When I tried to rise it up 3 of the 4 sides bend in and tell it catches the window and then and only goes up about 6' up before it stops then I need to manually push it and brace it

Jeez. Sounds like something is rusted through and or out of place. check for broken lift cables.. I have a 76 when it catches on somthing it rips itself apart. You can do it.. all the information is here!
