We have recently brought a 94 Fun Chaser 2295L, the celling has to be replaced and some walls due to water damage. Some of the square tubing in the celling is cracked. Has anyone ever replaced the carbon steel tubing with aluminum? Is the roof panels attached to them on the top side? Thanks for all help.

Default Welcome to the forum.

Look for back posts by GaryK42 Demolition begins. He took a totaly trashed Classic and did roof, ceiling and wall replacement. DH and I did restoration of our water damaged walls. This was on a 25ft 1990 Classic. Photobucket 3SamTLPX's Library 4-6-2014 Wall repair. This is a must..remove and reset all of your windows. You tube has a video on how to do this. It can be a do it your self job. Many of us have done extensive repairs and will give you guidance. We love to answer questions. These older models are worth repairing.
