Smile New owner of 2205T

Hi all I have been watching the site for about 2 months. We got our 2205T in late May and made a few small repairs and did some cleaning for a trip from Myrtle Beach to Seattle and back. Our trip was 8057 miles round trip and only had two minor issues. First the half door bottom to the bathroom came unsnapped and from bouncing up and down broke off from the hinge board. No problem our second stop was at my wife's sister's house so we re-glued it and clamped it up then added corner screws. The second thing was the door window glass came loose from the sealant and bounced up and down till it broke off the plastic tabs in the frame and dropped about 3". Again we took it apart and turned the frame half's over and resealed the glass. No more issues after that. We really enjoyed the trip with the 2205T. It pulled like a dream behind our 2007 F150. I just finished cleaning it up today for the next trip. I would like to say I like the site and have already found lots of good information I needed.

Matt

Welcome to the Forum!

I'm happy to hear about your "NEW" 2205T. That was the most popular model Towlite over the years. Our 2310H is essentially the same model rounded up to 23. Enjoy!

Default Welcome to the forum.

Glad you found the forum helpful. Good to hear your maiden voyage went mostly ok. No matter what goes wrong with the HiLo it is all repairable.
