Hi....I just purchased a a 20' 1988 Hi-lo trailer. The lifting and lowering system was working fine and now it will not lower. The battery has a full charge and when I flip the switch for it to go down nothing happens but when I flip the switch up there is a squealing sound. I don't even know where to put hydrolic fluid. I would appreciate any advice on this situation...........Thank you
