I do not see any type of seal to close off the gap between the door over the tip-out and the lower part of the camper body. A lot of black road grime was found all over the upper walls in the area...

My wife and I just purchased the model listed above, private sale. The previous owners purchased this unit new in May of 2007, it has a build date of Dec., 2004. My question, (the first, anyway)...
