Thanks to all for your replies. By only pushing the insulation aside I was able to trace the power source to a fuse box under the stove. Reset the breaker and got all 120 power back except to A/C. ...

I had the same problem with my 1979 Hilo Fun Chaser. Contacted a local Hydraulic Repair shop who agreed to replace the seals. He did so without removing the cylinder. Cost was about $400 dollars...
