It had sat in the up postion in the same place...

It had sat in the up postion in the same place for 10 years. I just got it a week ago. I towed it 20 yards and vacuumed it up. I hooked up my car battery and lowered it. I drove 15 miles round trip...

Brand new battery

My trailer won't go into the up postion. The lift motor is running and making noise but not moving. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
