Thanks I do have a place to work on it inside. I'm not sure what I'm going to do about fixing it though. How kind would it take to replace the entire wall?

I just bought my first hi- lo its a 1995 and where the cable hooks to the wood on the front left the wood is rotted from what I can tell I might be able to replace the wood in just that location it's...
