My 2510 Hi Lo was totaled by hail damage, unknow to me, several weeks had past. When I opened it up water damage was bad and black mold was everywhere. The roof had breaks in the aluminum everywhere...

At this point I would say someone connected the fuse panel in side directly to the black wire from the battery that goes to the converter or they ran a new wire from the battery to the fuse panel.

I would say your battery is good, as the lift motor draws at least 80 amps, It is an auto type starter motor, there is a break in the current to the inside of the trailer, check inside the battery...

Yes, I forgot to add that, both sides of the switch share the load this the reason for the smaller wires.
Also center position is off no power supplied to top or bottom terminals.

If you still have the 2506 that you listed before it has an aluminum frame. It is thin wall aluminum so go from there.
You didn't say where at on the frame? A picture would help.

Can you post some pictures of the new pump and the pluming. When you say the old pump wasn't working. Was the motor running? Or you just thought it was the motor?
