Hello, we have owned our 2006 for about a year. We were out this weekend and broke one of the strap latches. I have been searching this site to find if any one knows how to get a replacement.

Any help would be appreciated!

Have you looked at etrailer.com? I suspect the latch is NOT a unique item to HiLos. Etrailer has a LOT of things that work on our trailers. I've gotten brake parts, awning parts, tank sensors, a propane tank cover and so on from them.

Thanks! I am actually on their site now looking for parts to replace the black and gray water valves. I think I will have to call them tomorrow, I cannot seem to find the correct name for the latch to locate it on their site.

I have had good luck getting parts from PPL Motor homes in Texas. You can always email a picture of what you are looking for. We are very fortunate to have a HiLo 1&1/2 hrs from our home. Some times i have them mail parts. HiLo dealer.
