Default 1963 Hi-Lo

Hi I bought a 1963 Hi-Lo about a year ago. The actual camper is only 9.5 feet long.

The previous own said that she replaced the cables about 5 years ago. The top half of the camper seems to be tilted slightly. Did she set the cables uneven or is this common?

Thanks!

I would guess that the cables were not set right, but the only way to tell is to check the seal between the top and bottom half. It should meet all the way around. If you find a place where the seal on the top is too low, raise that part.

The cables stretch and the top will tilt one way or the other. You can straighten it out by taking up the slack underneath.
