I got mine at True-Value. Wasn't exact but fit fine. It's a standard RV part.

Measure from hole to hole on the faucet. Do a search on the internet. I replaced mine from somewhere on the internet. You should be able to go with an uprgraded single handle if you choose to do this. Do a search as others on the forum have replaced kitchen and bathroom faucets.
