Inside the reservoir is a oil take tube which has a mesh fine screen to keep stuff out of the pump. I would suspect this screen would get clogged from leak...

Fixed 88 fun lite by HiLi - motor runs no lift
Motor ran no fluid flow.
Unable to remove fiberglass hinged cover over power unit/battery.
I little man handling and it cam off.
Disconnect pressure line, no flow.
