This winter our Hilo developed a leak in the rear passenger corner. We believe it’s around the awning. It has dry rot and delaminating that will need repair. Everything in it works including fridge, water pump, toilet , lights, shower, heater., it raises and lowers with no issues. We installed a new blue tooth stereo and speakers last summer. Here are some exterior photos. We are in the process of cleaning out all of our camping supplies on the inside so I’ll post more photos when that’s done. Fabric on dinette and couches are good. No tears etc. will need blinds for windows next to dinette but all others are good. We have original manuals etc. $3k or best offer. We’re in Portland Oregon area. It does have small solar panel on the roof. Thank you
