Default Free project 1509T (15' 2009 TowLite), pick up in California, MD - It's Gone(20619)

I have a free project 1509T (15’ 2009 TowLite) with a clear title in my name located in California, MD -- that is a city and state, ZIP is 20619. It has been parked in the same spot since 2017 and I don’t trust the hubs or tires for a road trip, although the tires are still holding air just fine and it has a spare. I would suggest a car trailer and I have a tractor with a hitch to roll it up there. The roof has gotten soft and the sidewalls are starting to bow around the windows, but someone with a covered space and money, skill, and time can probably save it. If not, there are many good parts (last tested in 2019) including the hydraulic pump and ram, rooftop A/C, furnace, 2-way refrigerator, propane tanks, AC/DC converter, toilet, and water heater, pump, and lines which were winterized after last use. It also has 2 12v deep cycle batteries which might be good or might be to turn in for cores.

This is a remake, not remodel. I sold mine several years ago after towing it 50,000 miles. You did not mention the cables which eventually brake.
