What are the tip out door latches called and where can I get them? The strap from each side goes thru it and latches

Now... where to find that nice coated strapping HiLo used for these buckles.
I suspect normal webbing will quickly get dirty, hold water and mold.

Those are pretty much standard RV parts. You should be able to find them or a suitable replacement at any RV parts store.

You might be able to find leather straps at a place that fixes shoes. Yes,these places do exist.
