As stated this panel is held on by 1/4 turn fasteners and the top has tabs. Turn the fastener 1/4 turn and grab the panel toward the bottom, sharp pull and it's off. The tabs in the next pic are inserted in the top and the bottom reset, turn to lock in place.

Aha, I see now, the little handbook that came with the camper just says " remove cover ".
It leaves a lot to be desired in my opinion.

Yess- I'm wrong again! Checked mine yesterday while plugged into shore power and master in neutral. Turned on air. It Worked! Got to go with Rich R on this one! (flip flopper I am )
