Default 2005 22T Hi-Lo for sale

Asking$28,500
Offered is a transformed 2005 22T Hi-Lo travel trailer, one of the most innovative RV designs in history. The ability to raise and lower the trailer tremendously helps to prevent the two most bothersome issues while rving—trailer drag and sway. The pulley and hydraulic system had a lifetime guarantee and has been used successfully for decades. The quality and robustness of the roof and wall systems of the Hi-Lo are rarely found on modern designs. It is a truly remarkable camper.

The goal of our year of work on this Hi-lo was to not only repair or replace anything that might create an issue but to refresh and modernize the interior design. The camper has only been used once since the work was completed. Here is a list of the work:*

1. Painted interior.
2. New Progressive Dynamics Converter and Charge Wizard.
3. All windows removed and resealed.
4. All new floor covering—high end marine grade.
5. All new foam and upholstery.
6. New black tank and sensors.
7. New ceramic toilet.
8. New skylight.
9. New shower pan, faucet, and shower head.
10. New butcher block countertops and table.
11. New bathroom sink and faucet.
12. New stainless steel kitchen sink and faucet.
13. All new light fixtures.
14. Two new MaxxFan roof vents.
15. New exterior Smart Plug and removable electrical cord and additional extension cord.
16. New custom curtains and curtain rods.
17. New cabinet hardware.
18. New CO2 sensor.
19. New decals.
20. New electric jack.
21. New Anderson “No-Sway” weight distribution hitch.
22. New tires with less than 500 miles.
23. New awning.
24. New AC shroud.

It’s been a labor of love—most of the time. Everything in the camper, including the AC and refrigerator, works beautifully. It is now ready to be used for several more decades.

*It has been smoke and pet free. And for full disclosure, I must add that while the exterior looks great from twenty feet, there is the inevitable telltale signs of the original decals.Attachment 9976
